✅ Return & Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• 📅 7-Day Return Window: Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
• 📦 Original Condition: Products must remain unopened, unused, and in their original, untampered packaging.
• 🚫 Non-Returnable Items: Products purchased under special offers and refrigerated items are not eligible for return or exchange.
• 🔓 Opened Products: Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• 🧾 Proof of Purchase: The original invoice or purchase receipt must accompany the returned product.
• 🚚 Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for courier charges when returning products by courier. No return charges apply to products returned in person at MediZone.

📋 How to Request a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact Our Team 📧 Email us at contact@medizone.pk within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number in the email subject line and explain the reason for your return or exchange. Step 2: Prepare Your Package 📦 Securely pack the product in its original, unopened condition and include the original invoice. Step 3: Return & Inspection 🔍 Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it to confirm that it meets our return policy requirements. Step 4: Processing ⏱️ Approved returns and exchanges will be processed within 3 working days of receiving the returned product.

💳 Refund Policy

Refunds are processed once the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved.

• 🏦 Courier Returns: Approved refunds will be transferred to your bank account. Please email your bank account details to contact@medizone.pk.
• 🏬 In-Person Returns: Eligible refunds for products returned directly to MediZone may be issued in cash.
• ⏳ Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 3 working days of receiving the returned product, subject to approval.
